NOMINATIONS to be returned by Monday June 8th, 2009 by FAX to (+44) (0)1323 644 641 or by POST (if time allows) to LSA Nominations     c/o M. McFee, 19 Vicarage Road, Eastbourne BN20 8AS (UK) or SCAN and E-MAIL to M. McFee MCFEE-USA@EARTHLINK.NET

Nominations must include all of the following:

Name, address and signature of Nominee (current LSA Member in good standing)

Name of Executive Committee post (Chair / Ordinary Member)

Name, address and signature of Proposer (current LSA Member in good standing)

Name, address and signature of Seconder (current LSA Member in good standing)

Nominees for an Officer position should provide a BRIEF statement (c.200 words) to be circulated with the postal ballot papers. The statement could include details of professional involvement and research interests in leisure studies and related areas. The statement must be included with the returned nomination AND be copied by e-mail to MCFEE-USA@EARTHLINK.NET

The inclusion of a statement by Nominees for Ordinary Member positions is optional.
