Educational institutions with a leisure focus ~~ There are hundreds of educational institutions around the UK that run leisure/sports/tourism/recreation courses. The Institute of Leisure and Amenity Management 'is the professional body for managers of the UK's leisure resource'.

  • The Australian and New Zealand Association for Leisure Studies (ANZALS) 'was established in 1991 to provide academics, researchers and professionals with an interest in leisure research and scholarship with opportunities to enhance the profile of leisure studies an the south pacific region'.
