More about registration: RESIDENTIAL accommodation is provided on-site (see Accommodation). Payment in full is required to secure residential accommodation. EARLY RATE for registration by 12 MAY, 2008. PAYMENT in full is expected by June 20, 2008. Each delegate remains personally responsible for the payment in full of his/her conference registration/accommodation REFUNDS: Cancellation notified before June 20: 100%; notified June 20-July 1: 50%; notified after July 4: None. INVOICING: Any request to be invoiced must be accompanied by an official authorisation and/or purchase order number. * STUDENTS: Must be in full-time education and not in receipt of a main occupational income and must provide evidence of their current status from their institution.
