EARLY = Registration form and
purchase order (if applicable) received on or before May 6, 2005
LATE = Registration form and purchase order (if applicable) received
after May 6, 2005
It is expected that payment in
full will be made before 30 June 2005. No refunds will be issued
for cancellations notified less than 7 days prior to the start
of the conference.
LSA 2005 Administration will
be happy to accept requests for invoices in response to official
purchase order.
Payments will be accepted by any of the following methods:
~ cheque in UK pounds sterling
drawn on a UK bank
~ electronic transfer to the designated Conference account
~ online to the Conference account via PayPal (nominal additional
charge)
