Accommodation

In all cases, delegates requiring summer accommodation in Edinburgh are strongly advised to make their arrangements well in advance.

Specific information on how to book will be provided in response to receipt of your registration form.

  HOTEL

Delegate accommodation is available in the conveniently placed and reasonably-priced Edinburgh City Centre hotelPREMIER TRAVEL INN, Morrison Place, where we have reserved a block of rooms.
The cost for a room which can accommodate one or two persons (one double bed or two single beds) is £63 per night. Breakfast in the hotel is optional at £7. Payment is due upon arrival at the hotel.
Delegates who wish to arrive early for a fresh and easy start on the first conference day may also book the same room for the previous night (Tuesday July 5). Delegates may also extend their hotel stay for one further night (Friday July 8), to depart on Saturday July 9.

  HOSTEL Another accommodation option is "Caledonian Backpakers", for low-cost accommodation (sharing bath and toilet facilities).
